Those Aren’t My Drugs

When she looked inside the bag, she found suspected drugs. The daughter claimed the drugs weren’t hers and that a friend had probably left the drugs behind. Police collected the items.
Just after midnight, a caller reported a man in a hoodie carrying a needle on 5th Street. When police caught up with the man, he advised that he was homeless. He did have the tube of a needle on him, but he claimed it was not his and that he’d just picked it up. He was walking around the area because he had no place to go. Police said he appeared fine and let him go.

Officers collected blood samples from the frame for evidence and took information for a criminal damaging report.
Cry For Help
Just after 11 pm, a caller reported that a man made a suicide threat, saying he planned to take pills and kill himself.
Officers headed to the man’s residence but got no answer at the door. They didn’t see any signs of trouble at the home. When they tried to call the man, the call went straight to voice mail.
