Drunk at the Sober Living House
Officers responded to a sober living house in the early morning hours of Sunday after an employee said an intoxicated resident was attempting to fight with other people in the home.
Police say the man went into the bathroom and swallowed pills, and put up a fight when medics tried to help him. Police accompanied the ambulance to the hospital.
Drunk and Disorderly at Speedway
Officer responded to Speedway at 11:21 pm after a report of a man who refused to leave the store. The caller said the man was drunk and kept arguing with customers and throwing things.
The store Called back five minutes later and asked officers to hurry up since the man had attempted to attack someone.
Officers arrived at the scene and arrested the man for disorderly conduct.
Grandview Avenue Food Fight
Just before 5 pm, officers headed to Grandview Avenue after a man in the middle of a domestic dispute claimed his wife was yelling and screaming at him.
When officers arrived on the scene, they discovered the man was intoxicated. His wife reported he’d been throwing food around the residence and acting badly.
However, she said he was not violent and had not threatened her in any way. Officers advised the pair to calm down.
