Local Murderers & Rapists Up For Parole 

Several area men convicted of serious crimes are coming up for parole in the near future. Now is the time for people to let the parole board know how you feel about their potential release back into society.

Billy Elderidge, 74, who has been in prison since 1968 on murder and sodomy charges and was convicted for escape back in 1976 will have a parole hearing in August of this year with a potential October release.   

Raymond Meadows

Convicted murderer Raymond Meadows was sentenced to 15 to life back in 1999. His parole hearing is scheduled for October of this year.  

Billy Joe Ogg

Billy Joe Ogg was sentenced to 15 to life for murder in 2002. His first parole hearing is in April of next year.  

Bobbi Sue Pack

Convicted rapist Bobbi Sue Pack received a 10 to life sentence back in 2015. Her first parole hearing is in February of 2024.  

Wayne Parsons

Rapist Wayne Parsons received a 10 to life sentence in 2015. His first parole hearing is coming up in October of 2025. 

Mark Faulkner

Convicted Rapist Mark Faulkner was sentenced to 10 to life back in 2017 and will have his first parole hearing in May of 2025.  

Larry Fulford

Larry Fulford was sentenced to 20 to life for aggravated murder back in 1992. His next parole hearing is scheduled for June of 2025. 

Cameron Mack

Cameron Mack, 55, was sentenced to 20 to life back in 1992.  His parole hearing is scheduled for December of 2024.  

What Can I Do?

If you were a victim of any of these individuals, contact the victim services unit of the Scioto County Prosecutor’s Office. They will make sure you are notified if they are released on parole and that you are allowed to weigh in on the Parole Board’s decision.  Call  (740) 981 3112. 

You can also write the Ohio Parole Board. Make sure to include the inmate’s name and number.
