The latest on a Southern Ohio ecstasy bust. Portsmouth Police and Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Portsmouth man with an amazing variety of illegal drugs early Thursday morning. Portsmouth Police Chief Debby Brewer and Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini announced the arrest on Thursday afternoon.
According to law enforcement, it all went down just before 8 am in the 1100 block of 10th Street in Portsmouth. That’s when members of the Southern Ohio Drug Task Force along with Portsmouth Police Department SWAT swooped down on the home and executed a narcotics-related search warrant. Daniel D. Washington, 37, lived at the home.
