Unruly Visitors Terrorize Findlay Manor Residents
Just before 2:30 am, a resident of Findlay Manor on 15th Street contacted officers to say unruly visitors were harassing him and other neighbors.
He said that someone had been ringing the buzzers to the apartments at all hours. He blamed some bad neighbors who he said had lots of company showing up at random hours. When they didn’t immediately answer their door, the thoughtless visitors just pushed everyone else’s buzzers until someone lets them.
He also said the bad neighbors had left the security door propped open to let their friends in. These friends sometimes sleep in the hall or under the stairwells and randomly knock on doors. He said this type of activity made him feel unsafe.
Officers advised him to speak to the property manager.
