A report of someone up in the woods on Mabert Road led to the arrest of a woman on multiple charges.
Just after 2 am, a caller contacted police to say someone was up on the hill on Mabert Road, though officers weren’t sure from the call just where the person was because they say the caller kept hollering instead of answering questions from police.
However, the caller got back in touch with police a few minutes later to report the suspect got into a car, and they had managed to block them in.
Police took a woman with open warrants into custody and arranged for her vehicle to be towed. Officers booked Shannon Walburn into the Scioto County Jail on charges of disclosure of confidential information, petty theft, breaking and entering, telecommunication fraud indictments as well as a probation violation.
